Can I order by telephone?
You can place an order by telephone between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm (CST) by calling 1-800-791-3322. Orders may also be placed by fax at 1-901-683-1807.

How long does it take to get my order?
We at Royal Home take pride in shipping your order within 24 hours. If an item must be ordered, you will be told the estimated delivery time. Otherwise, orders can take from one to five days depending upon your shipping location.

What is Royal Home Fashions return policy?
Ready made merchandise may be returned within 30 days (10 days for closeout items) for exchange, refund, or credit on your charge account in accordance with original payment method. Merchandise must be in new condition in manufacturer's packaging with all labels attached. Please include copy of sales receipt. There is no return authorization number needed.
Credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after merchandise received and a receipt will be mailed to you.
Cut yardage, custom orders, and opened sheets, wallpaper, and borders are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned and exchanged merchandise. We suggest insuring your package and obtain a tracking number.
There is no re-stocking fee!

APO/IPO Addresses:
Shipped via US Post Office Priority mail service.
We ship to Canada by postal service.
Please call 901.683.4418 to place your order and to request shipping charges.
Free Shipping offer does not apply to Canada orders.
Allow 8 - 12 days delivery.
Customers will be responsible for any custom/brokerage fees.

We ship to no other international location.

What do I need to do to qualify for free shipping?
To qualify for free shipping your order must be at least $100.00, and your order must be shipped in the contiguous 48 states.

Items shipped to Tennessee residents will be charged 9.25% sales tax.

GENERAL INFORMATION
My pattern is 2 years old and is no longer available. Why did you discontinue it?
Some stores decide to discontinue a pattern on their own, but it still may be available. Call us and we can tell you if it is available and still current. Some patterns last 3, 4 or 5 years or longer. It all depends on sales of each item.

Do you make custom products?
Yes. Royal Home specializes in making custom bedspreads and dust ruffles to perfectly fit your bed. It requires that you measure your own bed very accurately to determine the drop for your bedspread or length for your dust ruffle.
You must call your order to our representatives.
Allow 3 to 5 weeks delivery.
- Please determine the pattern desired.
- Determine the style you want.
- Use our chart to determine yardage needed.
- Multiply yardage times price and add labor and other features if you choose.

Can I purchase fabric by the yard?
Fabrics can be ordered by the yard on many patterns. Fabrics must be ordered in a three yard minimum. The price shown on our site is the price per yard.

What is included in the Comforter set?
Our Comforter sets include the comforter, dust ruffle and 2 pillow shams. (The Twin set has one sham, the King set has 2 King shams.)

What is included in the sheet set?
Our sheet sets include the flat sheet, fitted sheet and 2 pillow cases. (The Twin has one pillow case, the King has 2 King pillow cases.)

I have an extra thick mattress. Do you make oversize comforters and long dust ruffles?
Croscill has begun making many comforters that are "oversized and overstuffed." These units are designed specifically for this type of mattress. Measurements are given at the end of our questions with a list of styles available. Matching dust ruffles that are included in the comforter set or sold individually are 14" in length. Many patterns now have an 18" dust ruffle. Extra long drops in matching fabrics must be custom made. Call us for pricing and details. A beautiful bed can be accented by using a longer solid color dust ruffle and the matching 14" or 18" that comes with the comforter set. Simply layer them on the bed together.

I need draperies and sheers in lengths longer than 84". What is available?
Croscill now offers 95" length draperies to match some bed ensembles. Also, 95", 108",120" lengths are now available in individual window patterns. Please check each pattern for availability.

What are the border lengths?
Each roll of border paper has 15 feet (5 yards). Please note that the depth of each border varies and we have listed the depth in the description column.
