Why do search engines show differnet information than the website?
Due to the frequency of changes made on RHFashions.com, it is difficult for search engines to have the most recent information. Sometimes the search engine information is more then 30 days old depending when they last reviewed the site. This is information that we cannot change when our website changes. Since this content is out of our control we will use our site as the most recent information and we will only honor the information displayed on our site.
Can I order by telephone?
You can place an order by telephone between the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm (CST) by calling 1-800-791-3322. Orders may also be placed by fax at 1-901-751-8133.
How long does it take to get my order?
We at Royal Home take pride in shipping your order within 24 to 48 hours. If an item must be ordered, you will be told the estimated delivery time. Otherwise, orders can take from one to five days depending upon your shipping location.
Am I safe to order online?

What do I need to do to qualify for free shipping?
To qualify for free shipping your order must be at least $199.99, and your order must be shipped in the contiguous 48 states.
How is sales tax charged?
Items shipped to Tennessee residents will be charged 9.25% sales tax.
GENERAL INFORMATION
My pattern is 2 years old and is no longer available. Why did you discontinue it?
Some stores decide to discontinue a pattern on their own, but it still may be available. Call us and we can tell you if it is available and still current. Some patterns last 3, 4 or 5 years or longer. It all depends on sales of each item.

What is included in the Comforter set?
Our Comforter sets include the comforter, dust ruffle and 2 pillow shams. (The Twin set has one sham, the King set has 2 King shams.)
What is included in the sheet set?
Our sheet sets include the flat sheet, fitted sheet and 2 pillow cases. (The Twin has one pillow case, the King has 2 King pillow cases.)
I have an extra thick mattress. Do you make oversize comforters and long dust ruffles?
Croscill has begun making many comforters that are "oversized and overstuffed." These units are designed specifically for this type of mattress. Measurements are given at the end of our questions with a list of styles available. Matching dust ruffles that are included in the comforter set or sold individually are 14" in length. Many patterns now have an 18" dust ruffle.

I need draperies and sheers in lengths longer than 84". What is available?
Croscill now offers 95" length draperies to match some bed ensembles. Also, 95" and 108" lengths are now available in individual window patterns. Please check each pattern for availability.
LAMPS & LAMPSHADES
How are your lamps priced?
Prices include the lamp and lamp shade as shown. Dimensions and height are shown for both the lamp as well as the co-ordinating lamp shade.
Can I substitute lamp shade styles from one lamp style to the another?
Sorry, we cannot substitute lamp shade styles from one lamp style to the another.
