Ready made merchandise may be returned within 30 days (10 days for clearance items) for exchange, refund, or credit on your charge account in accordance with original payment method. Merchandise must be in new condition in manufacturer's packaging with all labels attached. Please include copy of sales receipt. There is no return authorization number needed.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned and exchanged merchandise.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges incurred by Royal Home Fashions will be deducted from your refund.
Cut yardage, opened sheets, wallpaper and border paper are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returns may be shipped using the carrier of your choice. We recommend insuring your package and requesting a signature receipt.
Credit will be issued within approximately 10 business days after merchandise is received and a receipt will be mailed to you.
There is no re-stocking fee!
If an order is refused, the charges incurred by Royal Home for shipping to and from your location will be deducted from the refund.
Please inspect your order immediately. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 10 business days of receipt of order.
Any changes to a shipping address after an order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 address correction fee charged to your account.
