Standard shipping is UPS ground service on all orders. (See chart below) All orders over $100.00 are shipped free. (Closeouts excluded)

Shipped via US Post Office Priority mail service. Cost of shipping is calculated using the UPS charges chart below plus an additional $15.00 for all order under $100.00. All orders over $100.00 are shipped for only $15.00, except orders requiring an "over-size" carton (i.e. Comforter set or large order of bath items) will require a $35.00 shipping charge. We will notify you of exact shipping charge prior to shipping. Upholstery and some home decor items excluded. Call for shipping charges on these items.
Tennessee residents will be charged 9.25% sales tax.

Returns
Ready made merchandise may be returned within 30 days (10 days for closeout items) for exchange, refund, or credit on your charge account in accordance with original payment method. Merchandise must be in new condition in manufacturer's packaging with all labels attached. Please include copy of sales receipt. There is no return authorization number needed.
Credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after merchandise received and a receipt will be mailed to you.
Cut yardage, custom orders, and opened sheets, wallpaper, and borders are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned and exchanged merchandise.
We recommend shipping by UPS; however if you use the United States Postal Service, insure your package and obtain a signature receipt.
There is no re-stocking fee!

We will inform you of status of your order upon initial conversation. If any item is on backorder, we will ship stock items if you wish and ship backorders at a later date. You will be given an estimated time of delivery. We strive to keep all top selling items in stock, but some backorders are unavoidable.
We are happy to order any ready-made merchandise from Croscill that we normally do not stock. A 50% deposit is required. This merchandise is also returnable with no penalty to you if it doesn't meet your satisfaction.
Sorry, Custom and fabric orders must be prepaid and are not refundable.
